Completion certificates
We manage the process through to final inspection and obtain the completion certificate on your behalf.
Retrospective compliance
For works carried out without building regulations approval, we manage the regularisation process to achieve a regularisation certificate.
Fire safety & accessibility
Compliance advice and documentation for Part B (fire safety) and Part M (accessibility) — including fire strategy reports for commercial projects.
